S. Yastrebov, governor of Yaroslavl Region: “Regional industry gets good prospects in conditions of import substitution”
At the time of general stagnation of the Russian economy, Yaroslavl region shows growth in various sectors, and this indicator is higher than the average for Russia. In particular, following the results after nine months of 2014 the region retains growing investment into the core capital (104.8 %), and enjoys good prospects in conditions of the import substitution policy. Governor of Yaroslavl Region Sergey Yastrebov told the Interfax news agency about the reorganization of the economic development model of the region in the light of import substitution of production facilities and technologies.
